Pho and Rolls is a casual Vietnamese spot tucked into a small plaza on West Indiantown Road in Jupiter. It’s the kind of place that blends efficiency with authenticity, making it a reliable choice for anyone craving fresh, no-fuss Vietnamese dishes without the formal sit-down vibe. The interior is clean and bright, with straightforward seating and quick, attentive service that leans toward self-service but with staff on hand to help out and keep things flowing.

The menu focuses on classic Vietnamese staples with some local twists, offering well-constructed bowls of pho alongside a variety of fresh rolls and broken rice plates. The pho broth stands out here—rich and balanced enough to please those particular about their noodle soup, while also giving you the chance to customize the spice level to your liking. You’ll find several fresh roll options with shrimp, grilled pork, tofu, and avocado, each accompanied by a noticeably crisp rice paper and a peanut sauce that hits the right balance of savory and sweet. The Korean BBQ short ribs broken rice plate adds an interesting fusion note, showing the kitchen’s openness to blending different influences.

This spot seems to draw a mix of locals who know their pho and families looking for a solid, fresh meal made to order, so there’s a quiet buzz around dinnertime. Because dishes are prepared fresh, there’s a bit of a wait, especially when the place is busy — worth it if you’re here for a thoughtfully composed bowl or roll. The vibe is casual and clean, with bathrooms that reflect the same no-frills but well-maintained approach.

If you’re after Vietnamese coffee, this place also gets points for a strong brew that locals mention as a highlight, making it a reasonable pit stop any time you want a solid pick-me-up paired with your meal. Drinks like brown sugar boba and strawberry tea add a playful touch to the menu and hint at a younger crowd or families stopping by after school or work.

Best visited during quieter weekday lunches or early dinners, Pho and Rolls works well for anyone looking to enjoy Vietnamese comfort food in a relaxed setting without the fuss. It won’t replace the hustle and variety of metropolitan pho scenes, but for Jupiter and nearby neighborhoods, it’s a dependable spot that offers fresh ingredients, speedy service, and straightforward flavors grounded in tradition.

Superb Vietnamese coffee, Pho, and Vietnamese sandwiches. Lemongrass Pork Vietnamese sandwitches were perfectly crunchy and super fresh. It's probably the best Vietnamese coffee I had in years... yumm. This is coming from a food spoiled New Yorker. Great service, clean and quick serving. Would highly recommend

10 stars ! This was so fresh and delicious . Tucked away in a plaza.i ordered the chicken pho and added shrimp. I added my heat to my preference . My daughter ordered the Korean short rib platter. We also enjoyed the Fresh shrimp spring rolls with home made peanut sauce. Strawberry tea boba is on point. Everything made fresh to order so be patient! Don’t sleep on this place it’s a real gem !

FOOD - we ordered pho soup and salad both were good however the soup could've been testier and spicier. Taro milk was the best not too sweet and just so good. SERVICE - It's kind of self service and staff were attentive. AMBIANCE - restaurant is pretty clean and bright with clean bathroom. VALU - this order with tip costs about $45

Brought was delicious and there were plenty of protein. The pork fresh rolls had unique crunch. I’ve lived in many large cities and though there’s not many Pho places in the Palm Beach Gardens area, this place ranks very highly. Not Houston or NY level, but definitely beats out a lot of Atlanta and Charlotte Pho. Wish they had tendons :(

I am picky about my Pho, but this place was amazing! Everything was great, but I would live off of that broth alone! I got the beef pho (I got it without meatballs because eye of round forever) Lyn helped us today and he was absolutely fabulous! He was so great with our orders, speed, and he helped make sure we got a great photo of us and our food!

Update: it’s been more than a year since I came here as a regular customer. The quality, portion of food is always consistently delicious and fresh. The owner and staff are super nice with attention to detail, and welcoming. They remember our usual orders every time from small detail such as less sweetener for our drinks. The Vietnamese ice coffee is Oh my god!! They make the most delicious ice coffee in the world. You must try it. I’m so happy I found my best Vietnamese restaurant in Jupiter. I highly recommended. Thank you Pho and Rolls! This is my older review: I live in Chicago but every time I visit Jupiter, I’m excited to go back to Pho and Rolls. The food is so good, the staff is always nice, friendly and helpful. This place is truly the best Vietnamese restaurant in town!

P H O * L O V E R S * P A R A D I S E We recently visited Pho and Rolls. I had the tofu pho with two shrimp rolls, while my husband enjoyed the beef pho and two pork rolls. The flavors were incredibly fresh and authentic—a true delight for the taste buds. The iced Vietnamese coffee was the perfect finishing touch. And at under $20 each, it’s an unbeatable value and quailty. We were soo full I had to take half my pho home and 1 roll (yay dinner is sorted) Great portion sizes. If you’re craving high-quality, flavorful pho without breaking the bank, this place is a must-try!
